Then we had a movie night. We watched Dumbo and had some fun decorations and stuff. On his way home, Aaron saw that there was a small carnival in the mall parking lot so that became our activity for movie night. :) It was perfect timing. Ashlyn's face just lit up as soon as we got out of the car. First thing we did was ride the Ferris Wheel.
She loved it! She calls it the Rainbow Ride. She kept asking to go on it again. We may try to go back again this weekend before they pack up.
She also went on a dinosaur ride and an elephant ride all by herself! She was scared at first when we first tried the dinosaur ride because she didn't want to go on by herself, but the guy in charge of the ride was very patient and there wasn't a line at all. We took her off but then she said she wanted to try again and then she went. I took a picture, but it came out very, very blurry. We only had our phones with us. She had SO much fun and wanted to do it again. So we headed over to the elephants so she could fly on an elephant like Dumbo.
Today we have a lot planned, too. There's always something fun to go and do!
