Hello March!

We had a fantastic week this week!  It was lovely most of the week so we were finally able to spend a lot of time outside.

March 2nd

I love a nice, foggy morning and this morning was beautiful!

The sun burned off that fog, though, and left us with perfect weather.  As soon as Ashlyn got off school, she rode her scooter and we made some wonderful chalk art.

March 3rd

Ashlyn likes to help decorate and she's always in charge of decorating the windows by herself.

March 4th

Aaron was working and Prim put her head on me so I thought I'd send him this picture.

March 5th

Another gorgeous day with just the right amount of a breeze, so Ashlyn flew a kite!

March 6th

Ashlyn had an extra good week at school and we were heading to Target to grab a present for a birthday party we were going to this evening, so I let her pick out a little something for herself as well.  She loves Monster High right now, so she picked a doll she's been wanting.

March 7th

On Saturday, Ashlyn had a playdate with her best friend Kristianna.  They watched a movie, jumped on their trampoline, and painted.  They always have a blast together.

March 8th

Sunday afternoon warmed up enough to be yet another beautiful day.  After Ashlyn and I went grocery shopping and Aaron woke up, we did some work in the backyard to get ready for Spring.  While we were out there, Aaron noticed the first leaves of Spring on one of our trees!

After awhile, these two took a rest.  :)

Aaron took down a plant that did not do so well during the Winter and found this really cool looking lizard.  He's different than most of the lizards that run around here.

It looks like Monday will be another beautiful day so we'll be spending the afternoon outside again!  Then it's supposed to start raining toward the middle and end of the week, but we'll see.  Ashlyn's Spring Break starts on Friday so we'll be doing lots of fun stuff!  Have a wonderful week!
