Our Outdoor Kitty

Back in early 2008, there was a little kitty that came by and hung out in our backyard from time to time. But after awhile, she stopped coming to see us.

Anyone who has read Get Fuzzy will know what I mean when I say Ali looks like Bucky in this picture!

Well, recently a cat started coming by our backyard. We knew she looked a little familiar. We happened to be organizing our photos on our computer at the time and noticed that it was our little kitten, all grown up!

As you can tell in both those pictures, Ali isn't her biggest fan. We call our outdoor cat Slim since she is so much skinnier than Ali! Ali's a nice, poofy, spoiled indoor cat. :) Anyway, Slim comes by almost everyday. Whenever she sees Ali, she walks right up to the back door and rubs up against the door, like she wants to be friends. But poor, defensive Ali attacks the door like Slim is the most evil cat ever! Slim is really comfortable around our house now. She naps on our patio chairs, underneath the table, and will hide by our grill when it rains. She is even getting used to us. She doesn't run very far at all when we go outside. Here's a better picture of Slim grown up.
